It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Costa of Somerset, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 26, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Luis Medeiros and Francisca; her daughter Nancy Gervasio (Antonio); her grandson Robert Gervasio; and her brother Joe Medeiros.
She is survived by: her children, James V. Costa of Plymouth, Ana Maria Costa of Somerset, Paula LeBreux (Henry) of Fall River and Jennifer Sousa (Luciano) of Somerset; her sister Nelly Carvalho of Somerset; her grandchildren, Jamie Costa, Angela Reis, Jeffrey Costa, Kristen Crossman, Kelsey Soares, Justin Reis, Alex Sousa, Tatianna Sousa and Jordan Sousa; her great grandchildren, Nevaeh Holley, Phoebe Costa, Amari Reis, Maeve Costa, Nora Soares and Myles Soares; and her sisters, Hilda Raposo and Mary Furtado. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
