He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Furtado and Mary Furtado (Machado). He is survived by: his son Arthur "Butch" Furtado (Missy); his sister Cynthia Messier; his sibling's children, Crystal and Jason Messier; his great-nephew Wyatt; his sibling's children, Lori Messier, Michael, Kelly Messier, Paul and Tasha Messier; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Robert, Ellianna and Stephanie. He is also survived by grandchildren; & great grandchildren.
