She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Dziedzic and Sylvanna S. Dziedzic (Machado); and her husband Robert A. Lesniak. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Lesniak of Mooresville, Brian Lesniak of Swansea and Keith Lesniak (Lori) of Rehoboth; and her grandchildren, Ryan, Lucas, Mia, Kennedy, Jessie, Rory and Ryder Lesniak.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hathaway Community Home For Funerals (900 Buffinton St, Somerset, MA 02726). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
