She was predeceased by: her husband Robert A. Boulay; her parents, Jesse V. Botelho and Rosalina Botelho (Souza); and her siblings, Magdeline "Mally" Barboza and Edmund Botelho.
She is survived by: her children, Susan (William Blackburn), Cathleen (late Edmund Taylor), Ronald (Carleen Boulay) and Gerald Boulay. She is also survived by grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.
