She was predeceased by: her husband William J. Higgins; her parents, Manuel Cabral and Marie Cabral (Frank); and her siblings, Eleanor, Joseph and Ronald.
She is survived by: her sons, Sean (Christine) of Lohnsfeld Germany and Kevin (Michelle) of Safety Harbor, Florida.; her grandchildren, Delaney, Liam and Finley; and her sisters, Barbara Magaciamo, Patricia Kenyon (Russell) and Marie Howard. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
