He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Richard and Marian Richard (Thomson). He is survived by: his wife Suzanne M. Richard (Cote); his son Jay M. Richard; his daughter-in-law Lisa Richard of Fairhaven; his grandchildren, Bria Rose and Paul Michael; and his siblings, Steve Richard and Kathleen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations can be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society.
