He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Fortuna and Maria Jose Fortuna (Amaral). He is survived by: his wife Eulalia Fortuna (Papoula); his sons, Scott Fortuna (Diane) of Dighton and Derek Fortuna (Sara) of Dighton; his grandchildren, Kylie, Emily, Mia and Colton; his siblings, Zelia Fortuna Soares (Jose) of Sao Miguel and Mario Fortuna (Odilia) of Sao Miguel, Azores; and his sister-in-law Natalie (late Adelino). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
