He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter J. Urban and Josephine Urban (Rybka). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Urban (Laliberte); his brother Matthew Urban of Fall River; his sister-in-law Michelle Lamarre (George Lamarre) of Jewett City, CT; his nephew Jason Lamarre (Jennifer Lamarre) of Coventry, CT; his great-niece Alyssa Lamarre; and his niece Dr. Nicole Lamarre (Brittni Gulotty) of Albany, NY.
