He was predeceased by: his wife Carol A. Carroll (Machado); his brother Leopold Carroll, Jr.; and his uncle Leopold. He is survived by: his daughter Lori A. Melker (Neil); his sibling's children, Caroline Rocheleau and James Thivierge; his great-nieces, Brittany Yerid and Haley Yerid; and his sister Irene Carroll (Levesque).
