She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas B. Butterworth and Wanda "Kitty" Butterworth (Kwiatkowski); and her sister Linda Schofield. She is survived by : her brother Thomas Butterworth (Donna) of Somerset; her nieces, Jennifer Butterworth of Somerset and Jill Heroux (John) of Somerset; her great-niece Desiree; her great-nephews, Darren and Julian; and her friends, Ron Gardner and Debbie Gagnon.
