He is survived by: his wife Mary A. Dumais Fitzpatrick; his children, Shaun Fitzpatrick Jr. (Terri-Ann), Erin Fenton (Thomas) and Kevin C. Fitzpatrick (Theresa); his grandchildren, Meghan Fenton (Jennie), Amy Sauro (Peter), Neil Fitzpatrick (Megan), Kaitlin Costa (Jordan) and Thomas Fenton; and his great grandchildren, Jaellyn, Izaiah, Dominic, Laney and Eliza.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Auclair Funeral Home (690 S Main St, Fall River, MA 02721). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 8:45 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Thomas More Church (386 Luther Ave, Somerset, MA 02726).
