She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Vieira Melo and Deolinda Melo; her husband Antonio V. DaSilva; and her brother Manuel Melo. She is survived by: her children, Theresa Cabral (Christopher), Antonio DaSilva (Amy) and Marta Mercer; and her grandchildren, John Silvia (Jessica), Greta Mercer, Alexander DaSilva and Ethan DaSilva. She is also survived by her three sisters, three brothers, and several beloved nieces and nephews.
