He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mis and Mary Mis (Lindo); and his brother Thaddeus W. Mis. He is survived by: his wife Patricia G. Mis (Cyr); his sons, Edward V. Mis (Angelique Berry) of Somerset, Daniel V. Mis (Jennifer) of Natick and Andrew V. Mis (Bethany) of Odessa, FL; his grandchildren, Ava, Jacob, Eli, Emily, Nicholas and Thaddeus; and his sister Judith Proctor of Sarasota, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
