He was predeceased by: his parents, Thaddeus Joseph Zosiak and Gloria Zosiak (Thatcher). He is survived by: his son William Joseph Zosiak (Jennifer); and his sisters, Doreen Corman and Elaine Trias (Roel "RJ").
