She was predeceased by: her parents, Salvatore Accaputo and Michelina Accaputo (Sarno); and her siblings, Anthony Accaputo, Phyllis Accaputo, Dolly Accaputo, Gloria MacInnes and Sonny Accaputo.

She is survived by: her children, Anthony Angiulo (Jean) of Stoneham and Michelle Bowler (Michael) of Somerville; her grandchildren, Anthony, Christy, Michael and Lea; her great grandchildren, Anthony, Nicholas, AvaLoren, Michael B., Michael A., Dante, Joseph, Cash, Marco, Nico, Cruze and Kingston; and her sister Mary Accaputo (Paul Ski).

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Lena's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
