He was predeceased by: his parents, Giuseppe Giardina and Giuseppa Giardina (D'Anna); his wife Giuseppa Giardina (D'Anna); his son Gaetano Giardina; his grandson Joseph Denham; and his siblings, Calogero Giardina (late Giuseppa), Giuseppe Giardina (Maria) of Italy and Giavanna Giarratano (late Luigi).
He is survived by: his children, Giuseppe Giardina (Angela) of Everett, Calogero Giardina (Tina) of Florida, Salvatore Giardina of Somerville and Josephine Rowell (Glen) of North Andover; his grandchildren, Tony, Sal, Joey Giardina, Josephine, Marianne Giardina, Loretta, Anthony and Dale Denham; and his siblings, Salvatore Giardina (Madalena) of Somerville and Giuseppa DiTavi (late Antonio) of Italy. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
