He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jo Ann Goggin-Vining; his children, Pamela (Jim) of Salem, NH, Scott (Krissy) of Woburn, Jennifer (Paul) of Billerica and Carleton Vining Jr. of Somerville; his stepson Jason (Megan) of Chicago; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Gina, Carly, Phillip, Scotty, Jordan, Colette, Ryan and Ethan; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Atlas, Gianna and Jack. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
