We are sad to announce that on October 12, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Domenico Caranfa of Somerville, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ginevro Caranfa and Assunta Caranfa (Lupi); his wife Lina Caranfa (Grossi); and his children, Paul Caranfa (Andrea) of Reading and Susan Caranfa.
He is survived by: his sons, Anthony Caranfa (Rose) of Medford and Steven Caranfa (Kim) of Somerville; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Emily, Layla, Sabrina and Anthony (Christy); his great grandchild Leo; and his sister Clara Jansen (late Joseph). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and many other loving family members.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dello Russo Funeral Home (306 Main St, Medford, MA 02155). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Clement Church (71 Warner St, Medford, MA 02155).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent in Domenico's name to the Bedford VAMC, 200 Springs Rd., Bedford, MA 01730, or to Care Dimensions 75 Sylvan Street, B-102 Danvers, MA 01923.
