We are sad to announce that on November 4, 2023, at the age of 97, Edward J. Cotter of Somerville, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bridget Cotter (Murphy) and Francis J. Cotter; his wives, Mildred Cotter (MacDonald) and Lenore "Sis" Cotter; and his stepson Dennis Brown.

He is survived by: his sons, Edward, Daniel (Paula), James (Susan) and Gary Cotter; and his stepchildren, Robert and Judy. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
