He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ryan (Weismann); his sons, Erik Ryan (Deborah) of Cambridge and Kevin Ryan of Somerville; his grandchildren, Paige and John Ryan; and his siblings, Diane Bradley, Matt Ryan and Tim Ryan.
