Paula Posnick wrote a sympathy message

“My heart hurts learning of my old friend’s passing. I met Jim in the 1980’s when developing a W.E. History collection at BPL,West End Br. Lib. Jim was warm & generous with his time.He passionately devoted years to preserving W.E.memories.He was the glue that held former W.Enders together, connecting people, making sure no one would forget injustices done to those removed from the old neighborhood. He sought reparations from city officials that resulted in the W.E. Museum. A Wonderful man. Paula P.”
