She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank V. Mancusi and Antoinette M. Mancusi (DiRusso); and her husband Wesley I. Parks. She is survived by: her daughter Dina A. Park-Matsas (James) of Tewksbury; and her grandchildren, Krystal of Tewksbury, Amber of Tewksbury and Charles Matsas of Tewksbury.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Janice's memory to the M.S.P.C.A - Angell Memorial Animal Hospital, 350 South Huntington Ave., Boston, MA 02130.
