She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Murnane and Lillian Murnane (Rumney); her spouse Thomas B. Norton; her daughter Joanne E. Norton; and her brothers, Daniel Murnane, Charles Murnane and Robert Murnane.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Norton (Diane) of Stoneham, Lillian Norton-Hunt (John) of Somerville, Barry Norton (Peggy) of Medford, Allen Norton of Somerville and Allison Norton of Wilmington; her friend Elizabeth "Betty" Santos; and her nephew Robert Murnane, Jr.. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the George L. Doherty Funeral Home (855 Broadway, Somerville, MA 02144). A prayer will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 12:45 PM at the Woodlawn Cemetery (302 Elm St, Everett, MA 02149).
