In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Johanne leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Johanne may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jean Delva of Cambridge and Marie Dorvil; her husband Max Toussiant; her daughter Vanessa Peralte (Benji) of Lawrence; her grandchild Vabie Luna Peralte; and her siblings, James Apont of Canada, Farah Pierre of Milton, Donald Mordan of Everett and Marjorie Aubry of Brocton. She was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins.
A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Church (2270 Massachusetts Ave, Cambridge, MA 02140). A burial was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Cambridge Cemetery (76 Coolidge Ave, Cambridge, MA 02140).
