He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick J. Owens and Leola Owens (Grover); and his siblings, Barbara Owens, Patrick Owens, James Owens, John Ridlon, Robert Ridlon, Arthur Ridlon, Dorothy Ridlon and Pauline Ridlon.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara M. Owens (IaMarino); his children, Joseph Owens (Christine), Michael Owens, Roseanne Foley (Donald), Robin Cabral (Armando), Carolanne Sullivan (Sean), Barbaranne Jones (William) and Patrick Owens (Diane); his grandchildren, Kyle, Courtney, Ashley, Alyse, Lisa (John), Sean, Seamus, Kimberly, Jacqueline (Ray), Patrick, Treavor and Maxx; and his siblings, Stephen Owens, Thomas Owens (Marylee), Margaret Owens and Mary Beasley (late Tim). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
