She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard and Julia Phelan (Gosselin); Ronald Gilblair, Sr.. She is survived by: her son David Gilblair of Reading; her grandchildren, Claudia, Isabella, Isla, Rory, Chase, David Jr. and Morgan; and her brothers, Michael, Richard and Thomas Phelan.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Louise's name to the Alzheimer's Association, 309 Waverly Oaks Park, Waltham, MA 02452.
