He was predeceased by: his parents, Domenico Peruta and Finella Della Peruta (Giuliano); his brothers, Giuseppe Della Peruta (late Maria Teresa) and Angelo Della Peruta (late Maria); his parent-in-law Tancredi; and his brothers-in-law, Alan Salinas, Bruno Bryon and Vincenzo Bryon (late Ethel).

He is survived by: his wife Maria Della Peruta (Byron); his sons, Dominic Della Peruta and Joseph Della Peruta; his mother-in-law Maria Byron; and his siblings-in-law, Catherine Salinas (John Quigley) and Alexander Byron (late Kay). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews and cousins.
