He is survived by: his mother Carol Medeiros; his children, Enilyse, Mario Jr. (Chino), Emma and Joshua Medeiros; his former wife Darlene; his grandson Apollo; his sibling Stacey Velasquez (Jesus); his uncles, Joseph Medeiros of Peabody and Carlos Gavino of Virginia Beach, VA.; and his aunt Corinne. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, in-laws, cousins and friends.
