Patrick Moran Obituary

It is with great sadness and regret that we announce the death of Patrick Moran from Somerville, Massachusetts. Pat was born in Boston. He unfortunately passed away on September 14, 2020, at the age of 53. Patrick lived a life full of laughter, and always knew how to put a smile on everyone’s faces with his contagious laugh. Patrick graduated from Somerville High School in 1985, he played basketball for SHS from 1982 to 1985. Patrick was very well known and loved by many people. His father, Frank, and mother, Joanne were his life. Pat was known and loved for being the gentle giant he was. Pat loved being with friends and always cared about them more than himself! Although Pat did not have remaining siblings, his best friend, James Wright as well as his family including children, Kailyn Wright, James P. Wright, and Teagan Wright will miss him greatly. Please feel free to share memories of our beloved friend Patrick on this page. You may also light a candle and close your eyes for a second in memory of this one of a kind man in his special honor. We love and miss you Patrick Moran!

“I was the Guardian of Joanne Moran. She died in April 2020 of Covid-19. I need to confirm that the Patrick Moran who is in this memorial was her son. I have a cremation space available to inter his cremains, if one is needed. My office number is 508-586-6584. Thank you.”
