She was predeceased by : her parents, Mario DeMartinis and Natalie DeMartinis (Strozzi); and her brother Marc DeMartinis. She is survived by : her husband Leonard C. Provenzano; her children, Marc Provenzano (Danielle) of Stoneham and Jaclyn Natalie "Sunny" Provenzano of Medford; her grandson Anthony Provenzano; and her brother Jon DeMartinis of Arlington. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Mona's name to the M.S.P.C.A - Angell Memorial Animal Hospital, 350 South Huntington Ave., Boston, MA 02130.
