She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Smith and Mary Smith (William); and her husband Edward G. Ciarletto. She is survived by: her children, Edward M. Ciarletto of Somerville, Christine DeSilvio (Nicholas) of Chelmsford, Catherine Freitas (late Nicholas) of Chelmsford and Debra Ciarletto of Somerville; her grandchildren, Amanda Ciarletto, Jennifer Ciarletto, Frank DeSilvio, Nicholas DeSilvio, Dominic DeSilvio, Katelyn DeSilvio, Kristie Ann Cristy, Jacob Freitas and Cidalia Freitas; and her brothers, Joseph Smith and George Smith. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
