She was predeceased by : her parent Murdena MacNeil; her husband David Baldasaro (Tom Bowes); her daughter-in-law Kerri; her siblings, Anson and Zelda; and her brother-in-law Hughie.

She is survived by : her stepfather John Alex MacNeil; her son Brian Smith; her grandchildren, Brad, Brianna and Brittany; her great grandchildren, Travis and Logan; her siblings, Betty of Estmere, NS, Ivadelle of Orangedale, NS and James of Red Point, NS; and her caregiver Patricia Wilbur. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made in memory of Sherry to the Malagawatch Cemetery Fund.
