He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Rama Joshi; his children, Sunita Sharma (Sudershan), Baij Joshi (Durgesh), Anita Bhardwaj (Anuj) and Lalit Joshi (Mana); and his siblings, Ramesh Sharma, Ravindar Joshi and Dr. Sewa Ram Joshi.
