She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick O'Toole and Bridget O'Toole (Connolly); and her siblings, Anna Benoit, Mary Doherty, Barbara Proia, Bernard, Theresa, Joseph and Paul O'Toole. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
