With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene T. Yachimski of South Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 27, 2026 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jozef Segiet and Katarzyna Segiet; and her sister Adele Reddington (Francis Yachimski). She is survived by: her brothers, Edward Segiet and Zbigniew Segiet; her sons, Michael Yachimski and Paul Yachimski; and her grandchildren, Kate Yachimski and Will Yachimski. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
