He was predeceased by: his parents, John E Noonan and Norma L Noonan of South Boston; and his sisters, Mildred L Noonan of South Boston and Patricia M O'Brien of South Boston. He is survived by: his sister Margaret M Bruneau (Edmond Saliba) of South Boston; his brother-in-law Gary O'Brien; his close friend Richard Mahoney of South Boston; and his sibling's children, John, Graham Lyons, Keith, Kellie Lyons, Michelle Marks, Joseph Richiell, Lori Paul, Rebecca Bruneau, Timothy Beggan, Kaylee and Matthew DiFraia.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Casper's Funeral Home (187 Dorchester St, Boston, MA 02127). A Mass will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Gate of Heaven Church (615 E 4th St, South Boston, MA 02127).
