Carter (Therese) of Windham, NH and James J. Carter of South Boston; her grandchildren, Breandan Carter (Jackie), Shayla Carney (Ryan), Sean, Nate, Christopher and Liam Carter; and her friend YahYah. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
