She was predeceased by: her parents, John Clougherty and Regina Clougherty (Czarnecki); her husband Anthony P. Pezzulo; and her brother Jack Clougherty. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Gayle Pezzulo and Joyce Coffey (Pezzulo); and her granddaughter Ava Coffey.
We would like to extend our gratitude to the home caregivers who showed tremendous compassion, respect, and dignity to her throughout her battle with Alzheimer's Disease.
