He was predeceased by: his wife Louise O'Neill; and his brother Richard C. O'Neill. He is survived by: his son Daniel W. O'Neill (Guietta) of Fort Myers, FL.; his grandson Riley L. C. O'Neill of Erwin, TN.; his sister-in-law Sylvia O'Neill-George (South Boston); his sibling's children, Karen O'Neill-Barese (South Boston), Richard Scott O'Neill (South Boston) and Kevin O'Neill of Weymouth, MA; his great-nephew Christopher Barese (South Boston); his great-nieces, Tess and Aubrie O'Neill of Weymouth, MA; and his cousins, Joanne Stene, Patty Levan and Ann Richards.
