He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis W. Johnson and Willa N. Johnson; his wife Rosemary L. Johnson (Tavares); his siblings, Robert "Truck" Johnson Sr. and Margaret Parr; his nephew David Harris; his niece Melissa Johnson; and his cousin Mary Johnson.
He is survived by: his son Ronald Johnson Jr. of South Dartmouth, MA; his sister Ruby Johnson Jones of Chattanooga, TN; his sister-in-law Dorneata Johnson; his nephews, Alfred F. Jones Jr. of Chattanooga, TN, Robert Johnson Jr. of Pensacola, FL and Ronald Johnson of Los Angeles, CA; his cousin Sylvester Ceaser of Altadena, CA; and his nieces, Nancy Moore of Athens, GA, Yvetta Marshall of Commerce, GA, Rita Jones of Chattanooga, TN and Diana Johnson Sutton of Chattanooga, TN. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, extended family members and dear friends.
