She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Kuras and Della Kuras; her husband William "Bill" Woods; her son Jeff (Sarah); her grandchildren, Gabriel and Ciara of Walpole, MA; her son Dan (Katryn) of Newburyport, MA; and her siblings, Edward Kuras (Carolyn) of South Hadley and Julie Deets (Gary) of Coventry Connecticut. She was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Ann Marie's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
