He was predeceased by: his siblings, Armand and Claire Labrie. He is survived by: his wife Elaine S. Wagner (Tetreault); his children, William F. Wagner (Cathleen) and Sharon Kennedy (George); his grandson Joshua Kennedy (Carly Heath); and his niece Francine Phelps.
