He is survived by: his children, Deborah Farias of Ludlow, Donna Ewart (Bill) of Edgartown, Thomas Cook (Lynn) of South Hadley, James Cook and Tammy of West Halifax, Vermont.; his grandchildren, Danielle Ewart of Martha's Vineyard, Crystal Goulart of Martha's Vineyard, AJ Ewart of Martha's Vineyard, Benjamin, Matthew Farias of Ludlow, Amanda Colletta of Pleasantville, Ryan and Jamie Cook of West Halifax, Vermont.; his great grandchildren, Finley, Liam Goulart of Martha's Vineyard, Noel and Lila Colletta of Pleasantville; his sisters-in-law, Susan Caulfield of Omaha and Marilyn Menard of Granby; and his pets, Buddy and Kate. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
