She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie and Nora (Leonard). She is survived by: her children, Leonard Jr. of South Hadley, MA, Lisa of Oxford, GA and Tony (Melissa) of Holyoke, MA.; and her grandchildren, Lenny III, Ben, Gina, Nora, Sophia, Finn, Tony Jr., Nico and Oscar.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the O'Brien Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services (33 Lamb St, South Hadley, MA 01075). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
