He was predeceased by : his parents, Lorraine Page and Lionel Page; and his wife Margery Wilson Page. He is survived by : his stepdaughter Candace Curran Wolkovitz (Steven); his granddaughters, Brooke Paige, Kara Fedorco (Paul) and Robyn Wolkovitz; and his great grandchild Omei Lily Marshall.
