Phyllis Ann Babula Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Babula of South Hadley, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 16, 2026, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lukasik and Anna Lukasik (Klosinka); her husband Chester J. Babula; and her siblings, Dorothy, Helen, Olympia, Sydonia, Wanda, Ferdinand and Richard.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Babula (Mark DeVitto) of Pembroke, MA, Lisa Blaney (Steve) of South Hadley and Todd Babula of South Hadley; and her grandchildren, Anna, Nicholas, Olivia (Rafael Lizardo), Alexa and Emma. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Baystate Hospice.
