We announce the death of Susan E. Thissell of South Hamilton, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 14, 2026, at the age of 66. Susan will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Susan will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Susan will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture her life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Susan’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Spiridigliozzi and Dora Spiridigliozzi (Marks). She is survived by: her husband Ron Thissell of So; her children, Alexander Davis (Hawley) of Alton, NH and Faustina Eliuk (Mark) of Peabody; her grandchildren, Cody, Brett, Everly and Maia; and her stepson Preston Thissell (Hamilton) of So. She is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Campbell Funeral Home (525 Cabot St, Beverly, MA 01915). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 9:00 AM at the St. Paul's Church (50 Union St, South Hamilton, MA 01982). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Hamilton Cemetery (623 Bay Rd, South Hamilton, MA 01936).
