Joy; his wife Mary Patricia Joy (Ryan); his children, Eileen Joy of Virginia Beach, VA, Caroline White (Michael) of Wellesley, Jacqueline Fitzpatrick (Shaun) of Southborough, William F. Joy III of Newton and Margaret M. R. Joy of Brooklyn, NY.; his grandchildren, Colin, Rory Fitzpatrick, Keegan and Nolan White; and his siblings, John Joy (Sara) of Pepperell, Robert Joy (Jean) of Winchester, Mary Joy Healey (Richard) of New Britain, CT, David Joy (Michelle) of Dennis, Anne Joy Borrelle (Robert) of Haddon Township, NJ, Thomas Joy (Karen) of Danvers, Ellen Joy Kapinos (Paul) of South Dennis and Richard Joy (Janice) of Jupiter, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home (477 Washington St, Wellesley, MA 02482). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul Church (502 Washington St, Wellesley, MA 02482).
