He was predeceased by: his parents, Desmond W. Mahoney and Irene Mahoney (Page); his sister Eileen Lamontagne of Beverly; and his nephew Gerard Lamontagne of Sandwich, Massachusetts.. He is survived by: his wife Margaret (Peggy) Mahoney (Cullinane); his children, Caroline Miranda (Mahoney) of Auburndale, William J. Mahoney, Jr. (Joanne Mahoney) of Winthrop and Ann Fisher (Douglas Fisher) of South Natick, Massachusetts.; his grandchildren, William Miranda (Nicole Miranda) of Attleborough, Desmond Mahoney of Winthrop, Angela Fisher, Henry Fisher and Samuel Fisher of South Natick, Massachusetts.; and his great grandchildren, MacKenzie Grace Miranda and Addison Rose Miranda of Attleborough.
