It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Ann Durning of South Walpole, Massachusetts, born in Walpole, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 29, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Bowker and Dorothy Bowker (Robertson); her boyfriend Ronald Trenouth; and her brother Walter Pember. She is survived by: her children, Steven S. Durning (Vandra) of South Walpole, James "Jay" Durning of South Walpole, Lori A. Brighton (Mark Barry) of Plymouth, Scott M. Durning of Plainville and Wayne M. Durning of Hayward, California.; and her grandchildren, Kristie L. Durning of Lynn, Nicole M. Durning of South Walpole, Michael T. Durning of Lowell, Matthew P. Brighton of Whitman and Nicholas B. Brighton of Plymouth.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home (48 Common St, Walpole, MA 02081).
